What’s important to me as an actor, and as a Burmese and Indigenous woman, is that both are important to my identity but aren’t mutually exclusive. My background and my views on the world, will infiltrate my work but not define it. Our society is ever-changing, and it’s the art that reflects that.

I’m very excited for what’s next. I don’t have any particular role that I dream of playing this early in my career, but I’m very interested in people; the things they do, how they love, how they hurt and how they survive. I want to better understand the human condition.
